Pharmacist is totally unprofessional. She needs professional training on how to treat people with disabilities. I tried to talk and calm down interaction between my family member who has a mental disability. The Pharmacist for many years calls in a demanding way to get you to pick up prescriptions. She did this with my elderly mom too. My sister called her out on a lie and the Pharmacist cursed back!
- Flower (a year ago):
Don’t order through the app, they just give you WTH they want and they miss items too. You can’t even get a full refund. This is the third time. The second time I called last month, the lady was very rude, cussed at me and hung up huffing and puffing
- Maureen Theroux (10 months ago):
Needed to pick up my prescriptions in a hurry, called to have them transferred and was put on hold for about 15 minutes then the pharmacist gets on and I asked for them to get ready to be picked up. So she sighs and says yeah I can get them ready. It will be about an hour before they’re ready. This is not the first time that has happened at this pharmacy, but it will be the last time I come here. If you don’t like your job, Ms Pharmacist! QUIT!!! Then they might get someone who cares.

I have always heard about pharmacists not doing their jobs and it’s actually the opposite, the hospitals don’t do their jobs!!! I came in today with my mother to pick up my grandma medication and they needed permission from the ER doctor to release the medication to us… and the pharmacy workers would call the hospital but the hospital was absolutely unprofessional and rude. The pharmacy workers are busy as they are and still have to call and be transferred 16 times!!! For no reason!! They do their jobs as they are told and I thank the pharmacy workers for having patience with this situation. They deserve a higher raise for being professional and respectful. I appreciate their effort. People need to understand that they do their jobs to 1000% more than 100%.

I was pleasantly surprised today, returning to Jewel after I had given up on it more than a year ago. The produce section was flourishing, they added a butchers counter (though I don't think this is necessary...Jewel has always had good meat), and there were many checkout lanes open. The aisles seemed wider, and I did not find one item that was expired. The store looked incredibly clean. The prices always beat Mariano's prices. I am happy to be a Jewel customer again.

I passed by to get some flowers for my mother-in-law and the florist onduty was Abigail ( if I'm not mistaken that's her name) she made me a beautiful arrangement with the flowers I had chosen . She was very sweet and attentive and did a fabulous job. Thank you for such amazing customer service.
- Maria Prado (9 years ago):
I love the store, but the pharmacy has no idea what they're doing. They leave the customers sitting around while they're helping and ringing up other employees. Then argue with the consumers instead of explain and understand their frustration. And ultimately refuse to sell them their prescription just because they feel a certain way. They talk instead of work and it seems they don't kno how to work their computer system.I wish the old pharmacist still worked there...

Update when you close . You have a very rude security named Paul myowndick or something. that says it's closed at 9:40 . When I worked there if they said ten it was ten .
